What to Bring
What to Bring
All equipment is provided. Bring only what you need for comfort and the weather.
Water Activities
- Swimming togs or layer under wetsuit (wetsuit supplied)
- Old trainers you don’t mind getting wet
- Towel & dry clothes
- Plastic bag for wet items
- Packed lunch & drinks for full-day trips
- Sunscreen, insect repellent (seasonal), personal medication
Land Activities
- Weather-appropriate clothing (rain jacket, warm layers, gloves, hat)
- Avoid cotton/jeans; choose sportswear or outdoor clothing
- Sturdy footwear (walking boots for hillwalking)
- Backpack for jacket, drinks, snacks
- Spare clothes for journey home
- Sunscreen, insect repellent (seasonal)
